• At Home or Office Test Drives - We will drop your vehicle of choice at your home or office after thoroughly sanitizing the touch points, door handles, steering wheels, shift knobs, key fobs. You will drive privately; no sales consultant will join you as you experience the drive.
• Get a Trade-In Offer Online - Trade in values can be determined online at every Crown website, but if at any point we touch your vehicle we'll completely wipe down any contact points.
• Close Your Deal At Home - We can complete any vehicle purchase at your home or office by text, phone and email, signatures using sanitized writing instruments and we will be at a socially acceptable distance.
• Home Delivery - We'll deliver your new or preowned sanitized vehicle to your home or office at your convenience.

Your Service Needs

If you'll be dropping your vehicle for service we've made arrangements to reduce contact points with others, like common areas of cafes and service waiting areas. You won't come within 6 feet of any Crown employee in the process of dropping your vehicle.

We are taking care to sanitize all vehicle steering wheels, shifters, door handles, and vehicle key fobs on loaner vehicles and your vehicle. Also, writing instruments will be sanitized for any signature needs.

Valet Pickup and Delivery for Service - we will drop a sanitized loaner, pickup and deliver back your vehicle serviced and sanitized.
